Prime Central City Pad - Modern and Quiet

Location was great for what we were in Chch for. Very close to everywhere we needed to go and very close to city for food. If you are going to a game at the stadium, it would be a great place to stay because it's just down the street. The shower is good.

We were only using it for a place to sleep, and spent most of our time at a friend's apartment, so we didn't require much. The towels are small and you only get 1 each but I knew that from previous reviews so no big deal, borrowed some from our friends.

Really comfortable place. Nice and quiet but well located

Only thing would be to have some coffee and milk. We got into Chch late and forgot to get provisions

Clean,central,plenty of space and had a washer and dryer.

No parking,on street parking not guaranteed.

The apartment is in a very good central location with a very well stocked kitchen, friendly and responsive host. If your looking for a convenient spot for a short stay in Christchurch, this place is good, however if your looking for a space to properly rest and recharge then this may not be the best fit.

-There was rubbish including alcohol cans left in the bin from previous guests -Some areas need proper cleaning -There was no Wifi during our stay( apparently the whole building was affected) -There is no actual TV channels you can watch, the only option was to use a Chromecast Wich was impossible with no wifi.. -The bed itself is very comfortable however the pillows are extremely flat and thin (better off sleeping directly on the bed) -The blinds in the bedroom are ineffective with the 2cm gaps on each side of the blind allowing light in from the second the sun comes up
