Views are incredible - both mountains and ocean at once. House is large and comfortable and well provisioned. It’s close to town and all sights are easily drivable.

Well equipped kitchen, good laundry facilities, comfortable beds, good shower pressure, reasonably quiet location, lovely views, off-street parking.
There was nothing available to scrub pots with... neither a pot brush nor a scrubber, which made cleaning a pot after poaching eggs a bit challenging! The driveway had a post right about the place you needed to swing hard around when reversing up the driveway, so you had to be very careful.

The place was spotless and had details such as fresh scents everywhere and an air purifier.
The views are beautiful and the house is very cosy and spacious with all the facilities and comfort.
There were tenants below in what would presumably be a converted basement, which wasn’t mentioned in the description. When my boys had a heated fight early one morning, the people below played some very loud music to offset the screaming. It gave it a feel of sharing the place and having to be extra conscious of people below.
