Jan is a very kind lady, a great host and goes above and beyond for her guests. Property was close to travel routes which made our journey easier.

We didn't like the bedding as it was rough and the quilt wasn't thick enough other than that we slept wel.

I stayed with my partner as we were attending Luke combs concert at wembley. The host is an amazing women who is very friendly and chatty! Offered us a drink as we walked in with ice as it was roasting! Tea and coffee facilities set up in the room, use of a jacuzzi and spa bath. Bed was very comfy and the room was very clean with the added benefit of an amazing ice cold air con unit. She also has 2 very friendly and beautiful cats who popped up to say hello to us! Northolt park station is literally a 2 minute walk which was very handy! To summarise, clean,comfy, good value place to stay, would highly recommend and will definitely use again, thank you Jay!!! ❤️

There wasn't anything disappointing about our stay!

Jay was an excellent host, very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and pleasant, and the air con was nice and cool. Property is also within fairly close walking distance to a station, with fast access to Wembley stadium. Breakfast was also very good!

No issues that I can think of

We had a wonderful stay at this place and the facilities were really good. Such a warm and welcoming host and she and her cats really made the stay extra nice. The location is more than convenient and during the heatwave the AC-system in the room we stayed in really was a lifesaver.
