The apartment was beautiful. It was everything like in the pictures. Close to BTS station. There are many restaurants around and seven 11. Overall recommended.

Some steep stairs to climb as the apartment is on the 3rd floor and no lift. But it was manageable for us.

Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Zentral gelegen inmitten von Restaurants, Fussminuten zu Shopping Malls und zur BTS und doch ruhig, sodass wir gut schliefen. Die Betten waren super bequem und die Bettwäsche war sehr angenehm. Handtücher und Seife waren vorhanden. Die Küche war mit dem Wichtigsten an Geschirr, sowie Mikrowelle und Heisswasserkocher ausgestattet. Die AC´s funktionierten gut.

Die Unterkunft verfügte nicht über einen Parkplatz, aber der Besitzer vermittelte uns eine Parkmöglichkeit - einige Fussminuten entfernt in einem Parkhaus für 150 Baht / 24 Stunden. Das Treppenhaus ist ziemlich steil, war aber kein Problem für uns, da wir kein schweres Gepäck hatten.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was very clean, bright, and surprisingly spacious. The main living area felt much bigger than expected, and the air conditioning worked perfectly which is always important in Bangkok. The TV was also decent and had smart apps available which was a nice bonus for relaxing in the evenings. The location is excellent - literally right beside Phrom Phong BTS. Soi 31/1 is also a great little soi with plenty nearby while still feeling fairly relaxed. I stayed on the top floor and found it very quiet with no disturbances during my stay. The host is quick to communicate.

The only small negative for me personally was the bathroom. It’s a little compact and the shower is fairly basic, although it still does the job fine. Other people may have no issue with it at all. One thing to note is that there are quite a lot of stairs, so keep that in mind if mobility or heavy luggage could be an issue.
