A localização é ótima! O apartamento com utensílios novos de cozinha é bem equipado com panelas, travessas, louças e talheres de boa qualidade. Chegamos e estava tudo perfumado e bem limpo. 3 aquecedores portáteis que ajudaram bastante a aquecer os ambientes. Chuveiro excelente com aquecimento e muita água . Uma vista de longe, mas possível visualizar a cordilheira. Ideal para 1 casal com 1 ou 2 filhos.
Os armários estão precisando de manutenção, gavetas emperradas e caindo. A cama de casal o colchão é muito mole.

Cozinha muito funcional, sala confortavel com boa tv, cama confortavel e bom banheiro.
Nao tinha ar condicionado. Apenas um aquecedor que nao utilizamos por conta do calor.
