The hosts were very proactive and responsive. They left us a welcoming bottle of wine which was a nice touch! Apartment was as described and well appointed. The bedrooms and living spaces are comfortable. Wifi is strong and reliable. The location of the apartment is excellent with lots of restaurants, shops, and address to public transit just steps away. Everything was nice and clean.
The kitchen is on the smaller side with a small counter for both food prep and dining (no separate dining room). The showers in both bathrooms were a little underpowered with temperature fluctuations, this could just be a building issue with pressure. The heat in the apartment took a while to warm up on the child nights we stayed, the windows are drafty as well (only an issue when really cold outside). Hosts provided space heaters but power limitations in the unit prevented them from being fully useful. After a day the floor heating got everything warned up and it was more cozy. These were minor issues overall, in general we enjoyed our stay and thought the price offered good value for what was provided.

Estaba bien precio- calidad, lo que más me gustó es que esta bien ubicado, tiene de todo cerca, y lo principal qué tenía mallas protectoras en casi todas las ventanas excepto en el segundo dormitorio. Además no pase calor siendo que fui en febrero..
Las almohadas estaban muy bajitas, sería ideal que las cambien..

It was located in a central location in Providencia, very close to metro stations and walkable distance to the Costanera Center and a couple of pretty places.
The bad thing is that just outside the building there's a lot of fast food joints, so a lot of delivery people hang around smoking pot and it makes it feel icky.

excelente ubicacion, cerca de todo (metro, locomocion general, supermercados, restorantes, centrso comerciales, etc) departamento muy comodo, con todo lo necesario... los anfitriones muy amables
los generadores de los otros edificios dificultan el descanso, pero es superable ... nada tan grave.
