Elegant family home 5 min from Metro Station

Наблизо е до метростанция ,наоколо има хубав ресторант ,кафене което отваря рано , супер разположение!

Беше свалена вратата за вътрешната спалня и кафемашината имаше проблем !

The location is perfect-close to 2 metro stations Numidio Quadrato and Porta Furba (there is a great supermarket at the last station). We used Line A directly to the city center, Vatican and with switch to Line B at Termini to Colosseo. You don't need a key, the check in is only with a link. There is enough space and confort beds.

We had a problem only with the hot water – it wasn't hot enough.

What we liked: The apartment is conveniently located and provided enough space for our group of 4 adults and 2 children during our 3-night stay in Rome. The check-in process itself was straightforward once we finally received the instructions.

What we didn't like: Communication with the host was difficult. Messages sent through Booking were often answered only after 5–6 hours, and despite being invited to contact the host via WhatsApp, we did not receive any replies there during our stay. The check-in instructions were sent very late, while I was already on the plane to Rome and only a few hours before our arrival. The apartment had a strong unpleasant smell, particularly coming from the bathroom. One of the bedrooms had no door because it was broken. This should have been communicated in advance, even if the damage had occurred due to previous guests. The apartment was not cleaned thoroughly. We found leftovers from previous guests in the dining area of the living room upon arrival. Basic toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo, and soap were not provided, despite being listed among the amenities in the reservation. Overall, while the apartment's location was a positive aspect, the communication issues, cleanliness concerns, unpleasant odor, missing bedroom door, and lack of advertised amenities negatively affected our stay.
