Beds comfortable, reasonable bathrooms with good water pressure, clean, Good size for family.
Air conditioner in master bedroom made a frequent buzzing noise. Kept you awake. Need pillows for sofa bed. Would be nice to have basic coffee supplies including pods and sugar. Would recommend the request for copies of passport come several days before the day of arrival as it is inconvenient to be scanning passport copies on flight layovers. Would also request Euro tax details at beginning of stay not at the end so we can obtain euros with exact change during our time in the city and not have to walk down the street to an ATM as we are packing to leave. Need to update check out time online. The 10 am posted in residence is different from 11 am posted online.
