Cabin 1- Hot Tub Grill- Mins to RMNP

The private hot tub was excellent, tucked away in the trees with a beautiful view

We loved the hot tub and used it to help us wind down for the evening after attending a conference for the weekend. The place was clean and quaint. Great customer service and location.

There were no over door hooks in the rooms that would have made it easier for us to hang our robes and towels. there are hooks in the bathroom, but they are too close to the toilet. The bed mattresses needs to be replaced because it is not flat, but there is a dip in the middle that makes it harder to sleep on the side versus in the middle. The hot tub llid was very heavy and there needed to be lighting in the area because we needed to use our flash light to see our way to the tub in the evening. Great idea to have a string of lights on the patio, but we couldn't figure out where the plug was to turn them on.

We loved the location to the Park and Estes. Short drive to both. It was clean and well stocked.

The property needed a thicker blanket for individuals sleeping on the sleeper sofa.

The location was amazing, it was cozy and quiet, a perfect relaxing getaway. The kids loved the hot tub. It is remote enough to give you quiet but close enough to things to do that the kids didnt get bored. The team was very accommodating when plans changed and I had to bring my dogs.
