Above New Delhi Metro station and walking distance few meters from New Delhi railway station, best place to stay while travelling by train. Well organised system, everything is well planned and executed for budget travellers.
Rooms are too dim. Only good for sleeping. If possible try to put a common dust-bin and small wash-basin in everyroom on a experimental basis.

I just love the stay...it was peaceful..mainly it is 5 mins walking distance from Delhi railway station gate no 16...even metro is in same building..it was very helpful for me...pod was clean and bathroom was also too clean..I have faced no problem

Clean washrooms, clean rooms, tasty food at the cafe etc.
Staff needs to be more cooperative and helpful. Frequent power cuts which goes for long time.

This place could be the best accomodation in Delhi, BUT the service is awful, the staff are unfriendly and they look like they are not happy to be there. Also the bathrooms, they are disgusting, not toilet paper, smelly and doesn’t provide soap !!!! The room is amazing! Very comfy and clean and no noise.. could be perfectly being a 5 starts hostel but you need to improve the staff !!!!
