    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 I had a really good stay at MetroStay Pod. The location is very convenient, especially for travellers using the metro and railway station. The pod was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was polite and helpful. The overall experience was smooth and comfortable, and I really appreciated the cleanliness and convenient location. Definitely a good option for a short stay in Delhi. Highly recommended! 👍

    I stayed there in a dorm on 8 sep 2026. They charge to keep our bags if we arrive early! No charging point in common area. Gloomy and a bit smelly dormitory. No toilet paper provided. I fell asleep in semi-lying position on sofa in common area and a staff guy comes and says that sleeping in common area not allowed ..!! Very inconsiderate, very atypical of hospitality industry. However, another guest fully lying down on sofa but awake was ok!! A staff guy asked me suspiciously if I had a booking there.. very negatively judgemental attitude. The staff boy at reception at around 6.30 am was quite unfriendly, even rude. He was all smiling for a foreigner guest, though ... similar attitude by boy (present in early morning time) at luggage room... however, the receptionist girl during daytime was quite professional and polite. The canteen guys were respectful, too.. Overall, quite unpleasant experience .. ITS NOT WHAT YOU SAY BUT HOW YOU SAY MAKES OTHERS' EXPERIENCE. This is like a fancy waiting lounge of a railway station, and not like a 'backpacker hostel'. Better book one of those conventional branded chains of hostels.. Staff service 1/5 Vibe 0/5 Dorm, Bed, and showers 4/5
