Great location and a very spacious apartment. The terrace was beautiful and the area was quiet, which we really appreciated. Everything overall was good, and there is also a private parking very close by for around €15/day.

The only downside for me was the cleanliness. The kitchen and bathroom walls were a bit dirty, and there was a lot of dust behind furniture like the bed and nightstands. The kitchen was also not very well equipped, but it was enough for basic use if you don’t plan to cook too much.

Excellent location in a neighborhood full of life (restaurants, shops, supermarkets) public transportation nearby and walking distance to many sights.

Some things do not work (hot water downstairs). We expected it to be more clean (kitchen, plates and cooking equipment were greasy).missing sockets in kitchen (everything is electric so we ended up unplugging and plugging things and moving them constantly to make them work)

L'emplacement était très bien et l'appartement avait une terrasse très sympa.

L'appartement était sale à l'atage. La salle de bain du haut était vraiment sale au niveau de la douche et dans le salon il y avait plein de cheveux au sol. Au niveau de la cuisine les équipements électroménagers étaient vraiment nul. rien pour faire du café et deux plaques electriques vieille et moche et l'appartement n'est pas en bon état , il est réparé de partout , du coup les portes serviettes ne tiennent pas , il y a des taches de peinture qui couvrent des degats aux murs . Mais le gros problème c'est que contrairement à l'annonce, il n'y a pas la clim dans les deux chambres. 2 personnes n'ont pas dormi pendant 3 jours tellement il faisait chaud. et ce n'est pas stipulé dans l'annonce.
