位置不错，屋里东西挺全。

卫生间小得一趟不了身，胖子别住。

Well located in the heart of Beyoglu, at a walking distance of a lot of bars, restos, cafes, and convenience stores. The area is lively and by night you can find lots of fun everywhere. Metro and funicular are not that far and makes it easy to combine your trips everywhere. The venue has very confortable sofa and dining area, a kitchenette and a washing machine!

The bathroom is very small/flat. If you are a big person you may consider this, as it may not be confortable. The bedroom is good, I’d place a more cushioned matress for a better sleep. The rest is perfect.

2nd time staying at the property. The location is fantastic. It’s out of the way of the heavy tourists, but the local neighborhood vibe is amazing. Lots of shops to pop in and out of and great food everywhere.

The apartment needs a little maintenance. The shower head was broke, but Ali came right away and fixed it. Internet. I had no internet the entire 5 days. This was the building and street. This wasn’t Ali’s fault. He actually helped compensate as I had to use all my data while there.

+ Very good LOCATION with lots of restaurants, supermarkets and just a few mins by foot from the main square Taksim + QUIET and good soundproofing, despite its central location + Friendly HOST via WhatsApp + AIRCON was working properly and was relatively quiet

I have stayed at the accommodation multiple times in the past years and had been happy before, but this stay was unfortunately significantly worse than previous stays, for the following reasons (staying in the standard apartment (number #1) this time): - WIFI wasn't working at all throughout the stay - after writing to the host, I was given the WiFi access code of the next-door restaurant but the signal/speed was mostly poor (especially in the bedroom), so it only worked properly while sitting on the couch - BATHROOM of this apartment was in clear need of renovation and proper cleaning, several things were broken and the floor in the shower was quite dirty in the corners (see photo) - besides this, the bathroom was very tiny and narrow (like all the other apartments in the building of which I was aware from previous stays at this place) - CLEANLINESS was not on the level of previous visits (especially the bathroom had several areas of improvement) and the sofa as well as all seat cushions had visible stains (or burn marks in the case of the sofa, see photo) - Given the shortcomings and condition of this particular apartment, the PRICE was not justified anymore
