Relax in the serene atmosphere of this excellent property featuring a king bed in the large bedroom with its own TV, A 2-room bathroom with jetted bathtub in one room and large shower stall in the other; sink and cabinets in both rooms. A cozy living room with a queen-sized sofa bed, fireplace and a large TV. Off the living room and the bedroom is a nice patio overlooking the resort or one of the lush fairways with outdoor tables and chairs. The 2nd bedroom has its large TV, its own bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub and also has a kitchenette wirh a small refrigerator, toaster, micro-wave and coffee maker. This 2nd bedroom also has its own private entry doorway and can be locked off from the ;larger unit. It has its own small patio, also. Outside amongst the buildings are a lot of outdoor BBQs. All told, 8 guests can enjoy amenities like AC and WiFi.

PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to extend your stay after the festival into Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - the 20th, 21st and 22nd, you can rent one, two or all three of those 3 nights for just $218.00/night - no minimums. Disregard the $255 price and the minimum nights you see on the calendar as they are for anyone who wants to rent any of those 3 nights who is NOT renting the weekend nights.

Those extra 3 nights will remain available to the "Weekend" renter until someone else comes along to rent them.

A mile down the street (Monterey Avenue) is a beautiful super market that also serves food. Then another 2 or 3 miles to downtown Palm Desert with all of its chic shops, restaurants and even dancing at some of the bars and clubs.

From Palm Desert, take a 20 -25 minute drive down the famous Highway 111 to Palm Springs. Then another 25 miles to a casino right next door to the outlet mall.
