These apartments were booked for only one night due to an issue with another hotel reservation: I arrived on 05/05, while my hotel booking started only on 06/05. Unfortunately, the stay was extremely disappointing. The apartment had a very strong mold smell. It seemed that the owners tried to mask it with a large amount of air fresheners, which only made the smell even worse. There was also visible mold in the bathroom. The kitchen area was in unacceptable condition: proper cutlery was missing, only disposable and previously used utensils were available, and the mugs were dirty as well. Because of this, I could not even properly eat the food delivery I ordered or make myself tea. In addition, there was no duvet cover provided for the blanket, which I consider completely unacceptable from a hygiene perspective. I would also like to point out the extremely inconvenient check-in and check-out conditions: check-in starts only at 5:00 PM, while check-out is strictly before 10:00 AM. The late check-in information became noticeable only after the booking had already been paid for. What is even more surprising is that these apartments charge a cleaning fee, while guests are still expected to fully clean the apartment themselves before leaving. There were also problems during the online check-in process: the system would not accept any bank card or PayPal payment for the €2 tourist tax. In the end, the only possible solution was to send the money directly to the owner’s PayPal wallet, and the system seemed to work only with Italian bank cards. Overall, the stay left an extremely negative impression and did not meet even basic standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Puzzava di umido, non ci ha fatto trovare manco una bottiglia d acqua, porta del bagno rotta si rischia sempre di rimaner dentro,,, varie cose rotte all interno della casa tra cui le lenzuola erano bucate
