It was close to the train centre and station. Big space and comfortable. Everything was there what you need for a weekend stay

The stairs were quite steep, my mother was in crutches, wish I would have known about the last stair. It was not all very clean and i was not able to reach the hosts via sms or the booking app

Great location and a charming building with lots of space. Communication from the host was clear and prompt, which made the stay easy to organise and access.

The apartment has a lot of potential, but the interior setup felt poorly considered. The furniture is basic and low quality, and the beds and bedding were uncomfortable (pillows clumped, duvets too hot). There are no curtains, so the rooms are very bright early in the morning and become uncomfortably hot on sunny days. Some elements also seemed impractical, for example a bedside lamp with no accessible power outlet. The fire alarm also appeared to be positioned incorrectly. Overall, the space lacked warmth and thoughtful design.

The apartment was bright and airy, with large windows. Two single beds and a master bedroom gave everyone space. It was quiet. The stove and oven were good for breakfast and dinner.

The kitchen lacked a few key items to help with oven cooking, and dishwasher was not working. We ran out of toilet paper that was not stocked for three people, and extra roll were not found in the cupboard. We were offered reimbursement if we purchased supplies, but shops were closed and walking distance was not convenient at night after a long day. The stairs up to the apartment are manageable, but not suitable for people with mobility challenges .... getting in and out of shower was tricky, if not a little scary. Thun offers a free local travel card to tourists for use on buses and discounts at area attractions. The card is provided through accommodations. On arrival, they were not able to provide travel cards (after confirming this was possible prior to arriving). We were asked if we had the card at Thun Castle and also at the bus station. The apartment managers apologized with some compensation, but it would have been nice to have the card to hop on and off local transportation and save $$. Communication was generally good and courteous.
