This is an absolutely lovely apartment containing everything you could possibly need. There is the bonus of a sofa, a full kitchen, lots of extras like tea and coffee, delightful bathroom. Very handy for train station and bus stations. Great stay!

The property was very nice and clean, it has everything you could possibly need (except a laundry machine, in case you plan a long enough stay to need one), and the host was very kind and open. I only stayed for one night and alone, but I'm sure the property would work just as well for couples staying for longer. The location isn't quite central, but it's a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood 3 minutes away from the train station, from where you can get to the city center in less than 10 minutes.
This is not really in the owner's power, but the bedroom window faces the street, so if you don't plan on getting up too early, the noise might be bothering. Perhaps one thing that could be changed are the curtains, which could be thicker so as to at least block the sunlight in the morning and the street lamp light at night.
