When I got to my hotel the cleaning lady gave me the keys to my hotel room I opened it and it was dirty so then I told the staff about they both apologized for it and gave me a room that was clean. I was a bit upset because I had already paid an early check in fee to be checked in at 1 but we didn’t get our hotel until 1:30. But other than that problem it was I good stay 7/10.
