The location is great — situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood, and the guest house itself is very secure, so I felt completely at ease. It’s within walking distance to the beach and many restaurants, and not far from popular areas and bars, making it a great spot for exploring and relaxing. The host provided thoughtful amenities like tanning oils, beach towels, and dishes, which made my stay even more convenient. There was a small issue with the AC stopping working, but it was resolved quickly—within 45 minutes—and I was moved to a new unit where the AC worked perfectly. The communication from the host was excellent, and the contactless check-in process was super easy, making everything smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a wonderful stay!

This hotel was very accommodating and perfect for this trip. The neighborhood is in a good spot by a school and a police station which helped ensured our safety during our stay. The hotel was clean and gave no issue. I would say some of the lights did lose power but it wasn’t that much of an issue.

I had an incredible week staying at this lovely accommodation, went I highly recommend it. The accommodation is big, spacious, with all the amenities neede from a cooking plate, pots and pans, piping hot water and cold Ac, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish, soap, and sponge, coffee machine… What more can a traveller ask? I am very particular about cleanliness and accommodation was impeccably. The location was terrific. 2 min walk from Ocean park beach, two major grocery stores at walking distance,off Loiza street, and iconic Street in San Juan that is full of cafés, local and fast food. That seems great has a fast that can take you around town, including old sand and the best part, it is free. The bus number five and the bus number 53 take me directly to the accommodation in less than 25 minutes . During the time I was there it was quiet, and I had no issues sleeping well at night. On Friday and Saturday nights the local park across the street advance between six and eight so there was loud music, but it didn’t bother me at all as the events were done by 8 PM. I had issues with the door locked, not working and they came the next day and fixed it. I’m really happy with this accommodation and for the price I paid I think it’s an absolute steel! One thing for sure, I will definitely be back.

Couldn’t ask for a more peaceful stay, Everything was on point! We had everything we needed at our disposal. The neighborhood was safe and the beach is super close. The area had an outdoor track, skate park, and basketball court in case you want to workout. And the added bonus was being able to see roosters and chickens! The airport is about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. All in all…. We loved it and will be back! 10/10
