Welcome to the “Lago Apartment – 1 Minute to Lake Constance” in Rorschach. This stylish, modern accommodation combines comfort and location: one bedroom with a king-size double bed, a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and Wi-Fi—ideal for solo travelers or couples. Just a stone’s throw from the lake’s shore, with free parking right on the property, you can enjoy both peace and freedom.
The house rules ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possible, as previous guests have followed them. They also ensure that we can continue to enjoy Airbnb and strive to provide you with a clean and wonderful experience.
Registration Certificate:
Therefore, please observe the following rules: In accordance with the Registration Act (MG), we are required to present a registration form for every guest who stays with us. By making a reservation, you agree to fill out the online check-in form.
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation. If you smoke, an additional cleaning fee of CHF 300 will be charged for ozone cleaning.
Additional cleaning fees for heavily soiled apartments:
For heavily soiled apartments, we reserve the right to charge an additional flat-rate cleaning fee of CHF 50.00. Check-out after 10:00 a.m.
Late check-out:
If you are still in the apartment 1 hour after check-out (10:00 a.m.), we will unfortunately have to charge you for an additional night. Please note that our cleaning team may enter the apartment starting at 10:00 a.m.
Number of Guests:
If the number of guests booked does not match the actual number of guests, a fee of 40 euros per guest per night will be charged.
For stays longer than 2 weeks, cleaning takes place every 2 weeks. The cost for this is the same as the cleaning fee listed at the time of booking.
