The home comes stocked with everything you need for a stress-free stay: high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs with streaming options, a washer and dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, and coffee essentials.

Community Rules
This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.
NOISE
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM — 7:00 AM.
Keep noise indoors during these hours.
No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.
PARKING
Keep all tires off the road.
Don't block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840)
No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.
OUTDOOR FIRES
High wildfire risk area!

No unattended fires.
No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check electronic sign at entrance for of the village for updates.
ALCOHOL
No open containers on roads or in common areas.
PETS
Leash always required when outside.
Clean up after your pets.
TRASH
Do not place garbage/trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or carports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property.
Dumpsters are located just past 4003 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840 on the left in the rear of the owner's pool parking lot.
***Note: while we want families and friends to enjoy our mountain retreat, smoking, vaping, drugs of any kind, (including weed) parties, and pets are expressly prohibited. We reserve the right to fine you $600 per violation or ask you to leave the home if the authorities are involved.****
