• This is a guard-gated resort. Entry requires a valid photo ID matching the reservation, plus your unit number, gate code, and stay dates (provided before arrival)

• Entry may be denied if requirements are not met or information does not match the reservation (no refunds)



ADA / ESA NOTICE:

• Myrtle Beach Resort is an animal-free property. Guests traveling with an ADA/ESA service animal must submit required documentation at least 30 days prior to arrival for approval



• No smoking or vaping

• No pets

• Maximum stay is 20 days. Longer stays are available by request and must be approved prior to booking.

Getting Around:

🚗 The resort is approximately 12 minutes from Myrtle Beach International Airport. A car is recommended for flexibility, though ride-share services are widely available. Once inside the resort, most amenities + beach accesses are walkable



Other Things to Note:

• We’re available daily from 6AM–11PM to assist with anything you need. Planning a late arrival? Please let us know in advance so we can ensure smooth entry. Messages received overnight may have a delayed response.



• Condo is privately owned and managed off-site

• Resort staff cannot assist with reservations or unit access

• Monthly preventative pest control may occur

• Horry County beach rules apply (umbrella/tent size limits, hours, no glass, no fires)
