About this apartment rental
2-bedroom/2-bath condo in the A Building of Myrtle Beach Resort is a bright and cheery getaway with views of the ocean from throughout the living area and balcony. Centrally located with the Ocean and Oceanfront pool at one end of the building and the Lazy River Kids Waterpark and another pool at the other, there is plenty of good fun in every direction. Myrtle Beach Resort is a 33-acre gated oceanfront community with many amenities including pools, a lazy river, hot tubs, tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball courts. 24-hour security, and activities for all ages from playgrounds to a beachfront bar & grill. the building is also equipped with a gym,
Recently several new resturants, a store and a snack shack have been opened on property as well as two steam rooms.
We are on the 3rd floor, there is an elevator and luggage carts available.
We strive to earn 5 stars each visit .
It should be noted that a 24 hour warranty is provided by the cleaning company. Within 24hours of Occupancy it is expected that any cleaning issues would be noted. If any issues are noted, within that 24 hour time period, than you may contact the owner. After the 24hr time period the cleaning warranty is void. Also all early check-in void the warranty. Due to final inspection not having been completed. It is the due diligence of the guest to complete the actual physical inspection with the 24hr time period. Also note that 24hr time period runs consecutively with standard check in times based on the date the guest check-in. There is a 10$ gate entry fee per day for your stay. This was a perfect stay for us and our two small children. All of the included amenities (cookware, utensils, beach chairs, sand toys, etc) were great quality compared to other places we’ve stayed. If we end up in Myrtle again we will definitely look to see if 331 is available.

Fabulous family vacation for us! Loved the relaxed feel of the Myrtle beach Resort. The beach front of the resort was wonderful. The room did have beach chairs and sand tools on the deck which made it easy to enjoy time at the beach. The location was conveniently located to many stores, resturants and activites. But was also great if we just wanted to stick around to hang out at the beach or use the pools. The unit was clean and had just about everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. There was a strange smell when we walked in the unit - slightly musty but the owner said he would look into it.We will definitely look into coming here again!!

The location was great ! The pull out couch was broken so we had to put the mattress on the floor for my son to sleep.
