Guests have exclusive, private access to the entire property and may enjoy amenities including:

-Full-size, fully-stocked kitchen
-Three bedrooms (two on the main level and one upstairs)
-Three full-sized bathrooms (two on the main level and one upstairs)
-A game room with a pingpong table, arcade game console, couch, and additional seating
-Private, fully-fenced-in back yard containing a swimming pool, Blackstone grill, pizza oven, sun loungers, outdoor table and chairs, and additional outdoor seating.
-Laundry room with a washer, dryer, and detergent
-Smart TVs in the living room and two of the three bedrooms. Guests may watch on popular streaming platforms using their own login credentials.

Guests have private access to the entire property but should refrain from entering locked doors and areas marked as restricted, including:

-Cleaners closets, locked cabinets, and the side yard near the shed indicated with a `no guest entry` sign.

Vernon House is located in a quiet, residential historic neighborhood located approximately five minutes from vibrant Downtown Ocala.

Guests are welcome to walk, bike, and jog the residential neighborhood. Sidewalk accessible!

PET POLICY: Up to one dog is permitted. The maximum weight is 25 pounds.

All pet(s) must be approved prior to submitting a reservation. If pet(s) are permitted they cannot be left unattended in the property unless left in a kennel.
Guest acknowledges they are responsible for all damages attributable to any pet. Guest assumes all liability for damages attributable to any pet, including, but not limited to, damage to furnishings, walls, floor, windows, appliances, damages stemming from animal bites, etc.

A maximum of up to TWELVE guests and visitors are allowed at the property. The `NO PARTIES` policy is strictly enforced.

The swimming pool is chlorinated. Pool rules are posted and a flotation device is available while pool is in use.

Guest assumes all liability and holds property owner and Property Manager harmless for usage of the swimming pool. This applies to the entire party occupying and anyone visiting the property.
