*Quiet time 10 p.m. We ask that you respect the neighbors and community at ALL TIMES and keep any noise at a considerate level.
*Pets only allowed with Permission. Any extra clean up and/or damage from pets on the property will be billed back to the Guest.
*Make sure to turn off the lights, close any windows, and set the air conditioning to the original temperature (75 degrees) when you leave the house.
*Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported through whatever platform used for booking.

This place is in a great location and neighborhood in the close to downtown Ocala and my place of work for the week. As advertised it is a two bedroom, only one bathroom though. While it had everything we needed the cleanliness could be improved, particularly bathroom and windows. Jamie was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly when we had an issue with check-in.
