We do allow events if your max occupancy is 15 guests or less and approved by us!
We do not condone excessive alcohol consumption.
If you are interested in a bridal shower, birthday party or small celebration, please check in to see availability
Weekends are typically available with a 3 night minimum, or last minute option with a 2 night minimum.
Do not reserve for sorority groups, bachelor, bachelorette groups without host communication.
By reserving your stay you take full responsibility for anyone entering the property.
Must be 25 years or older to reserve.

We welcome responsible pet owners and love hosting you and your fur babies, we do ask that you enter them on the reservation as well as communicate with the host.
Note: We do charge a pet fee of $175

Never leave the property without making sure all windows have been shut and locked.
Hot tub must be covered and strapped after each use, or they are likely to blow open and will not be able to function properly.

We had a wonderful family reunion here to celebrate the life of my father. The house was perfect in every way - the layout was conducive to everyone gathering in different areas with plenty of space for us all to eat and view the video of my father. We loved the beach, playground, kayaks/SUPs, comfy beds and furniture, fire pit, hot tub, and the coffee/bar. Would absolutely recommend this property and would love to return (or try another of David’s properties)!

We had a wonderful stay at this bayside VRBO. The property was exactly as described—spacious, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities we needed. The private setting made it especially relaxing, and the kitchen was fully functional and well laid out, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. Everything felt comfortable and convenient, from the layout to the little details. A perfect spot to unwind by the water, and we would happily stay here again.
