Beautiful Luxury waterfront Property,clean,Fully sterilized,Family oriented.

This is a large property that can fit a lot of people. The rooftop deck is great at night, we really enjoyed it. The kitchen is very well stocked. The owner is a really nice guy. A few things to be aware of:1. It is advertised as five bedrooms, I am not sure how they get to that number. It is four true bedrooms. I think they may be counting a family room area downstairs as a bedroom. But, know it does not have a door for privacy.2. The house is very large, it is two houses that were connected. As a result, there are a lot of different levels to it and you have to go down up and down A LOT of different stairs to get to different rooms. If you have someone staying that has mobility issues, this is not the house for them. 3. The linens and bedding are really lacking. The master bedroom only has pillows with shams on them, not pillows for the bed. The towels seem rather old and worn. New sheets and pillows for the beds and towels for the bathrooms would be a great upgrade. The pictures of the house do not represent the current bedding available.The shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom fell every time we tried to take a shower in the house, however he said it will be repaired before the next renter comes.

Ray was so easy to work with - great communication and flexibility. Location was great - easy walk to the center of the Fells. The place itself was well stocked, clean and spacious. Parking was a breeze.

We had a wonderful time in the house. The kitchen was very clean and well-equipped. The host was friendly. The parking was not what I had expected. I had the impression there was room for two cars in the garage. We found parking on the street, so that was fine. We would have appreciated a printed handout with instructions about the door codes and the heating/AC system and also about check-out. As it was we received check-out instructions about linens and trash, etc. too late on the morning that we left to be able to follow them. Overall very good stay and a great location.

This trip was to spend time with family living in Baltimore. While we thoroughly enjoyed our family time and the convenience of being within a relatively short driving distance, the house itself was not conducive to spending time together. This home is actually two homes that have been connected. There are stairs everywhere. The kitchen is on one floor (isolated). The living room on another. The family room in yet another section. Bedrooms were scattered (basement, 1st floor and 2nd floor). The preschoolers did enjoy running throughout. Beyond the actual layout of the house, it was not as clean as we would have expected... Mold in the shower, cobwebs, tiny ants throughout, especially in the kitchen. We did not reach out to the owner beyond the first 15 minutes or so. I had placed a safety door knob cover on the bedroom door where 2 littles were going to sleep. Not realizing there was a lock, i
