For a fee of $20.00 guests have access to the Ranch Hall which offers a common area lounge and outdoor pool - kids 8 and under are free. The workout facilities has a fee of $20/day and guests musts be 16 and older.
Smoking is strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $500 per day if found smoking on the property.
