Very comfortable and family friendly.
Better outdoor play area for kids. Small bed for 2 adults in back bedroom upstairs.

I really loved everything about this rental - the location, the home layout/decor, the deck, the amenities. And the host was very friendly, prompt in communication, put attention into the details of the guest experience and was very accommodating. Loved how close is is to Grand Lake and hiking trails. Grocery store is just down the street. Highly recommend this home for your next get-away!
Construction is on-going in the area, but that's to be expected with all the growth. It wasn't too bothersome; just noticeable.
