SEAVIEWS AT STANSBURY is a lovely spacious 2 storey holiday home that accommodates a maximum of 8 guests. Sea views from balcony, free Wifi! An ideal place to base your Yorke Peninsula Getaway!
Upstairs:
Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven/stove top, microwave, dishwasher, kettle toaster, Delonghi coffee pod machine with frother (BYO pods), sandwich maker, air fryer, 2 electric frypans. Dining area with table/chairs, living area with L shaped lounge, coffee tables, large smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner.
Doors leading out to balcony with sea views, high table and stools, lounge and table, family size weber Q BBQ.
Main bedroom with smart TV, ceiling fan/light, built-in-robe, doors leading out to balcony, ensuite with vanity, dual shower, w/c.
Downstairs:
Living area with kitchenette - sink, microwave, bar fridge, 2 lounges, non smart TV, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, ceiling fan/light.
3 bedrooms all with ceiling fan/lights and wardrobes.
Main bathroom with shower, bath tub, vanity, w/c. Laundry with top loading washing machine, dryer.
Iron and ironing board.
Child stair gates for upstairs and downstairs.
Porta cot, highchair.
Fenced rear yard with clothesline, fish cleaning facility.

Stansbury is a small seaside town with an excellent beach, hotel, playground, cafe, post office, butcher, chemist, service station, IGA, museum, information centre and golf course.
NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond
