About this house rental

CORLEIGHSON @ OYSTER ON POINT is a lovely 3 bedroom holiday home that is located on the back beach esplanade, sea views with only a short walk to the beach. Accommodates up to 10 guests with plenty of room for parking and the boat!

Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven/cook top, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric frypan, slow cooker, electric mixer, donut maker, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner. Dining area with dining table/chairs, living area with 3 seater with chase plus 2 seater lounge, large TV(non smart), sound bar, DVD player.

2nd living area with 2 x 2 seater sofa's, small TV(non smart) small area with sink, kettle and toaster.

Iron & ironing board.

3 bedrooms plus 2nd living area has 2 sofa beds.

Main bathroom with vanity, shower. Separate w/c. Laundry with top loading washing machine and laundry trough.

Lined shed (closest to house) is for guests use - table tennis table, table & chairs, 2 seater lounger, 2nd w/c plus shower.

Plenty of room to move in the rear undercover paved area with large fridge, 2 outdoor tables/chairs, patio gas heater, TV(non smart), stereo with CD/Radio/Tape player, ceiling fan.

Lawned area with clothesline, BBQ area with 4 burner hooded BBQ, table/chairs.

Plumbed fish cleaning area with light and shade.

Hoses to wash your boat down after an enjoyable day of fishing!

Bed configuration - bed 1 - king, bed 2 - 2 x singles, bed 3 - queen - bed 4/2nd living area - 2 x single beds & Sofa bed

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Stansbury is a small sea side town with an excellent beach, hotel, playground, cafe, post office, butcher, chemist, service station, IGA, museum, information centre and golf course.

No smoking inside

2nd shed at rear not for guests use.

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

15% discount on off peak nightly tariff for bookings 4 nights or more

Peak - 24th Dec to end of Jan school holidays and Easter: 4 night minimum stay
$250 per night
High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay
$225 per night
Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay
$175 per night

Everything you need to make it an enjoyable stay whether it’s a family stay or just a trip with mates. Definitely worth it.

This property suits all clientele, you can be on a fishing trip with mates, on a family trip with the kids or you can sit back and enjoy the serenity and the view with a glass of wine. Highly recommend it

Definitely a 3 bedroom, the sofa beds were most uncomfortable.
