Discover the perfect family getaway in this stunning 6-bedroom beach home, designed to delight every member of your family. This property boasts a wealth of amenities, including a private 14x30 pool for endless fun in the sun, a relaxing hot tub, pool table & arcade games for hours of entertainment. With 3 separate gathering areas, there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their own space. Cozy up by one of the fireplaces, or prepare meals in the large, fully-equipped kitchen
On the third floor, you'll find a king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom that's perfect for a restful night. On the second floor, there’s another inviting king bedroom, along with a cozy queen bedroom and a fun bunk bed setup—twin on top and full on the bottom—ideal for guests of all ages. Finally, on the first floor, you can enjoy a charming queen bedroom as well as a bunk room featuring two sets of twin bunk beds, perfect for group gatherings.
We will provide an access code for the duration of your stay prior to arrival.
**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of
25. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**
**Pool will open April 1st and close mid
October**
From 10/1/25 to 3/1/26, the third floor balcony and both first floor bedrooms will be closed. We will be painting and replacing the decking and railing.
There are two security cameras and one doorbell camera on the front door of the house. The first security camera is above the carport on the left of the house facing the street, the second is on the right side of the house facing the street, and the doorbell camera is next to the second floor front door facing the street.
Only Saturday to Saturday reservations are allowed from 6/1-8/15.
