Comfortable Bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen)
Rest easy in three beautifully furnished bedrooms — one with a plush king bed and two with cozy queen beds. Each space offers soft linens and a relaxing atmosphere designed for a restful night’s sleep.
Warm & Inviting Living Rooms
Enjoy not only one but two living areas, both featuring expansive windows that frame the stunning water views. Both offer a cozy indoor fireplaces, perfect for curling up with a good book or a glass of wine.

No-Smoking Policy: This is a strictly NON-SMOKING home. Any evidence of smoking (including e-cigarettes or marijuana) will result in a $500 fine.
Guest Policy: Unreported guests will incur a $50 per day fine.
Pellet Grill: A pellet grill is available for guest use — please bring your own pellets
No Events/Parties: This is a residential neighborhood strictly no events home. Violation will result in a $1500 fine.
