Our vacation rental combines natural tranquility, modern comfort, and thoughtful details to make you feel right at home. The living area is cozily furnished with a sofa, armchairs, a hanging swing, a coffee table, a TV, a wood-burning stove with firewood, and a selection of books, board games, and magazines. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, nightstands with reading lamps, blackout curtains, a spacious closet, and a reading nook with a rocking chair. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pans, pots, and a selection of spices. The bathroom features a bathtub with a shower, a toilet, towels, a hair dryer, a mirror, and convenient storage surfaces. A storage closet in the hallway contains a vacuum cleaner, a drying rack, cleaning supplies, a waste sorting system, and a first-aid kit. The garden features two patio areas with seating, a parasol, a grill, and lounge chairs. Bicycles can be stored securely. The vacation rental is designed for two people; it is spacious, bright, and quiet—perfect for couples who appreciate nature, comfort, and style.
On-site fees: A prepayment equal to the total amount will be charged after booking and must be paid within 14 days. For last-minute bookings, the amount is due immediately. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is available from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. The apartment is non-smoking—smoking is, of course, permitted outdoors. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
