Welcome to your perfect vacation home! This modern, cozy, and lovingly furnished vacation home offers everything you need for a relaxing stay across 160 m². Situated in a quiet location, this non-smoking home—where pets are not allowed—awaits you—ideal for relaxing days in a well-maintained setting.
The house features a spacious living and dining area that invites you to linger, as well as two cozy bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a children’s room with two single beds. A closet provides ample storage space for your personal belongings. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and coffee maker, leaves nothing to be desired and allows you to cook to your heart’s content. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet.
Two balconies offer a wonderful view of the garden and the surrounding nature—the perfect place to unwind. Bed linens and towels are, of course, provided, and final cleaning is included in the price. A private parking space is available right next to the house for your car.
On-site fees: A 50% deposit is due upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer no later than 7 days before arrival. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to midnight.Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are provided via a key box. You will receive the code in advance of your arrival. Pets are not erlaubt.Im The base price includes towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, 1 parking space, and final cleaning.
