This spacious 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom home with a pool and fenced-in yard comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, featuring a thoughtful layout perfect for families and groups. Sleeping arrangements include two queen beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room, giving everyone their own cozy spot to recharge. Additionally, we provide a dedicated workspace, a pack ’n play travel crib, board games, and beach essentials.

Guests will have complete privacy and full, exclusive access to the entire home during their stay. This includes the bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and the private covered patio with its outdoor games. The space is entirely yours from check-in to check-out.

We reserve the right to enter the property without prior notice in an emergency. For any other access needs, such as scheduled maintenance, we will provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Property Maintenance: The home is professionally cleaned before your arrival. It also receives monthly pest control and quarterly HVAC servicing to ensure your comfort.
Trash Collection: County trash and recycling pickup is on Thursday. Please place bins by the curb on collection day.
Cameras: Two external cameras are outside. One in the front and one in the back.
Pets: Two pets under 40 pounds are allowed at an additional fee per pet per stay.
