About this house rental

This is a newly built duplex that is located at the end of a long driveway at the top of a small hill. There are 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom with tub, shower and laundry as well as a spacious kitchen and living room that has a very comfy reclining sofa. The kitchen has pots, pans, utensils, cups, plates, bowl, a glass top range with full sized oven and a full sized fridge. Looking out the large windows, you’ll the beautiful countryside and big sky. There is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy as well. The parking lot is large and can accommodate a wide variety of vehicles.The duplex is just a few miles off of I94 and only 15 minutes away from Menomonie, 30 minutes from Hudson and 1 hour from St Paul. Come and enjoy our comfy duplex in a beautiful, peaceful setting.
