Welcome to Little Livingstone, a bright and welcoming home perfectly positioned in the heart of Preston. Designed for relaxed, easy living, this light-filled three-bedroom retreat offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The inviting living spaces are filled with natural light, complemented by a practical kitchen and a cosy courtyard — perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. A dedicated study area with two desks makes it ideal for those working or studying from home, while the euro laundry adds everyday convenience.

With 1.5 bathrooms, this home comfortably accommodates families, friends, or business travelers alike.
Set in one of Melbourne’s most vibrant northern suburbs, Preston is known for its welcoming community and lively atmosphere. Families will love exploring the nearby parks and playgrounds, weekend strolls through Coburg Lake Reserve, or sampling local produce at the Preston Market. Enjoy brunch at one of the many nearby cafés, or hop on a quick tram or train into the city for more adventures. With schools, shops and public transport all within easy reach, Little Livingstone offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience and connection.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
