Luxury Apartment-Exclusive Prospect Development Ski in/out, Trailside w/ Hot Tub

Paradise on Prospect is a luxury lower-level apartment located along Elko Park Trail in the exclusive Prospect development. Off-season rates are automatically discounted to make stays more accessible for smaller groups. For parties larger than two guests (excluding children under 24 months), a per-person, per-night fee applies and is reflected in the booking total. This pricing helps us offer fair rates for both couples and larger groups.
Please note: This listing is for the lower-level apartment only. Exterior photos show the full property to highlight its stunning surroundings. The upper level is not included but may be available to rent in combination with the lower level during select weeks. When rented as a whole, the property sleeps up to 16 guests for an average of $2,000–$3,000 per night, depending on the season.
Guests booking prior to Christmas are encouraged to check the CBMR lift and trail report, as Elko Park and Gold Link Chairlifts may not yet be open.
The 1,915 sq. ft. apartment features a private patio with panoramic views, a firepit (with wood provided), gas grill, seasonal trampoline, and oversized hot tub — all exclusively for your use. Inside, enjoy an open-concept living space, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area that seats 6–10. Sleeping arrangements include two king suites and a bunk room with a double-over-double and two twin-over-twin bunks, each with its own bathroom.
While the home does not have air conditioning (common in mountain residences), fans and humidifiers are provided in each bedroom. Every room offers breathtaking views of Gothic, Belleview, Teocalli, Snodgrass, and the East River Valley. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout.
Enjoy ski, hike, and bike-in/out access with snowcat-groomed trail in winter and singletrack in summer. Additional amenities include a bike wash station with tools, snowshoes, and a canoe for exploring nearby lakes and rivers. While a vehicle is recommended, Mount Crested Butte offers a free on-demand shuttle service.
We provide high-thread-count cotton linens, paper products, botanical toiletries, and cleaning supplies to ensure a comfortable stay. Entertainment includes two HD TVs, Sonos speakers, outdoor foosball, dartboard, and board games.
Changes to the number of nights after the cancellation period are subject to our cancellation policy. A nightly fee of $45 per additional guest and $50 per dog applies. Please indicate dog at the time of booking. For dogs prone to damage, we recommend local boarding options. Any damages will incur additional charges.
For service animals, we strictly adhere to the State of Colorado’s policy that they must not be left unattended and must be tethered or harnessed and remain in service to their owner & under control at all times (for the entire stay). Please be aware of the distinction between service animals and emotional support animals and respect that misrepresenting them not only complicates things, but also undermines the needs of those who genuinely require service animals.
We also strictly adhere to our cancellation policy and recommend purchasing travel insurance for added peace of mind. A friendly Labrador named Tucker lives on the property and loves attention, though his visits are entirely optional for guests.
