Welcome to this idyllic red cottage with white knots - a place where peace and harmony meet classic Swedish rural charm. A fence separates the plot from the busy road and a large part of the lovely garden is fenced for smaller dogs and for child safety. Walking paths in beautiful nature with forests, meadows and along waterways are just around the corner and make your stay scenic. The house offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with a living room for shared moments around the dining table and on the sofa in front of the TV with the possibility of streaming from your own channel selection. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and also has a wood stove that provides pleasant warmth and increased coziness but should be used with caution. A staircase leads you to the upper floor which has a hall with a balcony door for airing only. Double bed in the bedroom with a beautiful open fireplace to enjoy and another TV. In the adjacent room there is another double bed. This is a passage room that leads into the next room with a height-adjustable single bed for maximum comfort. These two bedrooms only have a curtain between them. The upper floor has a fresh toilet with sink. The bathroom with a bathtub is in the basement where a narrow staircase leads you through a room with a washing machine. Several places around the house have outdoor furniture for a relaxing moment. On the leafy back of the house there is a wooden deck with a charcoal grill and dining table furniture to enjoy meals at. Skärsjön, only a few kilometers from the accommodation, is a popular swimming spot with a jetty, outdoor gym and barbecue area. Many lakes in the area are available for those interested in fishing but require a fishing license that can be purchased from a local agent. The nearest sea bathing is in Nättraby a quarter of a drive south. From here you can also take the archipelago traffic boats out among the islands and to the naval town of Karlskrona center. In Karlskrona, the Marine Museum is an experience for both children and adults. An excursion to Barnensgård with a water slide, games and outdoor activities is recommended for families with children. In the area there are flea markets to visit and farm stands selling meat and accessories to take home or eat on site.
