Please note: The second villa on the property has an unprotected swimming pool. If you have children, please ensure that they do not go near it. We accept no responsibility for the pool on the property.

You will therefore have no noise nuisance, nor any constraint related to a possible cohabitation. Only the access path is shared, but this does not cause any discomfort: the living areas, the terrace and the garden are entirely private and reserved for your exclusive use. You will be able to enjoy a stay in complete tranquility.
