Villa (unfenced exterior) near Porto Vecchio (10km).
Come and taste the padded atmosphere of an eco-friendly wooden house BBC standard with heat pump heating system (heating and air conditioning).
Obviously solar hot water and heat pump. Heated swimming pool from April 1st to October 31st.
It is a luxurious new villa of 120 m2 with 4 bedrooms that all open onto bay windows and panoramic terraces, it is equipped with 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets it can accommodate up to 2 families or 4 couples. A master suite and 3 bedrooms upstairs. Three bedrooms with a double bed (1 bed 160x200 and 2 beds 140x200) and a bedroom with three single beds (90 cm).
The decoration is varied and the swimming pool of 6m*3m*1.50m (counter-current swimming) is heated. To the delight of young and old, a jacuzzi is available. Parking is provided for cars.
