This thoughtfully designed home invites you to relax and unwind after a day of wine tastings, boutique browsing, or live music. The interior features two TVs, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, WiFi, inviting living areas, cozy sleeping arrangements, and modern finishes, making it ideal for couples, friends, or small families seeking a serene getaway. Tiny Home with 1 Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed and 1 Full Size pull out sleeper sofa.
As a guest at Firefly Resort, enjoy two community pools, pickleball courts, mini golf (bring your own equipment), and live music most weekends. The area is known for its world-class wineries, breweries, local dining, and live music venues.
Please note: no pets allowed
To help keep our septic system working properly, please flush only the toilet paper provided at the property.
Please do not flush any other items, including feminine hygiene products, wipes (even those labeled “flushable” or “septic safe”), paper towels, towels, or other materials.
These items can cause serious plumbing and septic issues. If a blockage or damage occurs as a result of flushing prohibited items, the guest may be responsible for the associated repair costs.

Guests have private access to the entire home, including outdoor seating areas, porches, and all resort amenities. Check-in is simple, with easy entry and convenient parking right at the site.
The Neighborhood:
Located within Firefly Resort, surrounded by scenic vineyards, rolling hills, and peaceful Hill Country views. Enjoy proximity to local wineries, dining, and downtown Fredericksburg attractions.
Getting Around:
Driving is the best way to explore the Hill Country. Resort roads are simple to navigate, and local wineries and shops are just a short drive away.
Other Things to Note:
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $500(which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $29.00 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
