The ground floor features a bedroom with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. Revel in the high ceilings of the spacious living room and dine with a view in the separate dining area overlooking the backyard. The laundry room is smartly situated under the stairs leading to the upper floor, where you'll find the master bedroom with a king-sized bed and attached bathroom. The second bedroom is adaptable with twin beds that can convert to a king, accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably. The large backyard is ideal for outdoor barbecues or just unwinding in the open air.

IDs and Occupant Forms: Submit government IDs and occupant info within 24 hours of booking.
Pets: Declare pets before booking. Fees: $250 for 1st pet, plus $150 for the 2nd pet (max 2). Weight and breed restrictions apply.
Community Rules: Keep the community clean, leash dogs outside, and keep cats indoors.
Balcony Safety: Use safety gates for young children.
