Spacious modern update with indoor laundry room, king master bedroom, and 2 queen bedrooms. Dedicated work space, screened in patio, ( with couch and ceiling fans) next to large backyard. Ample off street parking and 2 car garage available. Owner has typical garage items stored on shelving and will need access occasionally . Novos WiFi included with Apple TV/Roku TV/YouTube TV. Owners live across the street, dog friendly-limit 2, approved on a case by case basis.

Available for MONTHLY rental only-30 days or more to comply the City of Arlington Short Term Rental code. Perfect for local corporate assignments or temporary housing during a renovation.
Guest access:
Full access to home and yard. Garage parking access through automatic garage door with room for one, possibly two vehicles depending on size. Owner has typical personal garage/gardening items around perimeter of the interior of the garage.
Other things to note:
Loud parties, amplified music, events are not allowed. Be respectful of neighbors peace and quiet including keeping dogs indoors at night. Prior permission required for all dogs (limit 2) before booking . Dogs left alone to bark in the yard all are not welcome. Professional lawn care takes place each Tuesday morning for both front and back yards. Owner will coordinate backyard entry to water plants and grass as needed. Please water indoor plants as needed.

Clean, comfortable, well maintained home, private setting in quiet, established residential area in SW Arlington. Short drive to sports/entertainment district; easy access to local restaurants, shopping and major highways. Furnished with comfortable beds, roomy bathrooms w plenty of linens and spacious living area. Updated kitchen w newer appliances; plenty of closet & storage space. large, private backyard with screened in patio. Attached garage parking available for one lg SUV or two smaller cars. Host was quick to respond to questions and helpful when we needed assistance with technology or any other issues during our stay. Would definitely stay in this home again.

The doggie doors and fenced in yard made it easy for the dogs. The house was set up nice and the landlord was very helpful
