*Breathtaking Views from almost every room in the home
*Spacious open-concept living area with vaulted ceilings and designer finishes
*4 comfy king beds, 2 full bunk beds, and 1 queen floor mattress for you and your guests
*Multiple outdoor entertainment areas including infinity deck, covered patio and firepit area!
*Private dock access that includes a boat slip, slide, and hangout space!
*Game room, speakeasy, hot tub + more!
*Inviting Luxe/Modern Finishes Throughout!
Experience lake life at its finest — where luxury meets the water.
In the winter, TVA lowers the water level to winter levels. December-Mid-March the dock maybe inaccessible due to a steep grade in the gangway to the dock caused by the lower water levels. Caution should be used during these times if trying to access the dock.
This beautiful lake home is in a very nice, quiet, and rural neighborhood so please be respectful to our neighbors and keep the noise down while outside especially after 10:00 or so. :) Also, 5 vehicles are allowed in the driveway. Please do not park in the grass or the road. With the lake, dock, stairs and hot tub, clearly, young children MUST BE CLOSELY SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES for their safety. We have a very friendly neighborhood with an active neighborhood watch. The HOA welcomes renters but bylaws do encourage them to notify owners of inappropriate behavior. 20 MPH speed limit strictly enforced. Must be 25yrs of age to book the property

This was a fabulous place for our family and my birthday celebration! The spot on the lake is perfect. Enjoyable day and night to sit on one of the decks and relax and enjoy the beautiful view. The home is like brand new with all the modern conveniences. We couldn't have asked for more!
