This spacious 6-bedroom, 3.5-bath waterfront retreat was designed for gathering, relaxing, and making memories together on beautiful Tim’s Ford Lake. With over 5,000 square feet of living space, the home comfortably accommodates large families, multiple families traveling together, reunions, retreats, and group getaways.
The main level features a bright open-concept living area with soaring vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and beautiful lake views throughout. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining and living spaces, making it easy for everyone to cook, gather, and spend time together. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms are conveniently located on the main floor, along with direct access to two spacious lakeview decks with cozy outdoor seating.
Downstairs, guests will find a massive game room packed with entertainment, including pool, ping pong, air hockey, shuffleboard, and plenty of room to hang out after a day on the lake. Additional bedroom and sleeping spaces downstairs provide privacy and flexibility for larger groups.
Outside, enjoy multiple outdoor living spaces surrounded by peaceful wooded scenery and water views. Relax on the covered patio, unwind around the fire pit, or head down the easy path to the private covered dock featuring a boat slip, kayak launch, sun deck, and direct lake access. This was the cleanest VRBO that we have ever stayed. Plenty of room to sleep and loved the dock. The only thing that I would change and this is minor is some of the kitchen pans need to be replaced. The coffee pot (carafe) was missing, but the owner offered to insta cart us a new one which was so nice. One of our friends brought their coffee pot so we were good. They have a nice 30 cup percolator that was perfect for our group. We used the two kayaks and paddle board. The sofa and rug in living room are pretty stained up, but the rest of the furniture especially the dining table were perfect. WE had a blast at this place and will come back.

We had a great weekend at the woodsy house! Beautiful property and enough room for everyone to be super comfortable. The kitchen is unbelievably well stocked. Host was responsive and kind. We hope to book again someday!

Amazing location for hanging out with family! Plenty of things to do in and around the house. We had everything we needed.
