About this cottage rental
For a true local experience come stay in Mt. Morris. From the building materials to the furnishings most are locally sourced. This lakefront cottage boasts Amish made furniture, alpaca blankets from Frost Alpaca Farm and locally roasted coffee, all to enhance the local experience. Convenience is important. 15 min to town for shopping. Across the street is the Trading Post so you don't have to cook if you don't want to. Seasonal favorites, Ice cream and coffee shop across the street in warmer weather and the ski and tubing hill is 5 min away in the winter. Year round fishing right out your door. Nearby hunting and ATV trails. Enjoy relaxing on the lake on the Lily pad or in kayaks. Try the paddleboard and paddleboat too! Lifejackets provided.
A ramp entrance conveniently places you on the first level with family room, bedroom, bathroom and efficiency kitchen for those with mobility issues. Toilet handles provided if needed. Bedroom is steps from the bathroom.
One flight up is the living room, full kitchen, full bathroom and 2 bedrooms. For the kids there is a reading nook, play table with books and crafts and fort making cushions that can double as a bed for a toddler. Custom sheet in dresser drawer. Off the kitchen is an expansive private deck with gas BBQ grill, seating for 8. Just off the deck is the firepit with firewood provided along with s'more forks and pie irons. Pack and Play and table booster for the littles also on the premises.

Home is very nice inside and is located in a quiet town. Beautiful lake right outside. It was the perfect get away for a weekend in November. My dog was happy he could come along too!
