This high-quality, modernly furnished vacation home is situated on a wooded lot with a lake in Neu Sammit, a former hunting lodge, surrounded by trees and two lakes (Langer See, Kleiner See) and is located about 5 km from the climatic health resort of Krakow am See. The swimming lake, with a beach and fishing opportunities, is only about 200 m away.

The 45 m² three-room vacation home, rated 4 stars, can accommodate up to 4 people. The vacation home stands out for its attention to detail and high-quality amenities.
It consists of a living room with a wood-burning stove and an open kitchen, as well as an exclusive bathroom with a shower and toilet on the first floor.

The attic features a separate children’s room (2 single beds) and a bedroom with a double bed. 
The spacious terrace with a lawn for sunbathing and the swimming area 200 m away round out the amenities.

The outdoor area also features a ping-pong table, a trampoline, and a campfire pit.

This cozy, 4-star-rated three-room vacation home, with a living area of 45 m², can accommodate up to 4 people.
The living room is furnished with 4 comfortable armchairs, a TV/radio, and a fireplace for relaxing evenings.

The open, high-quality kitchenette with a dining table is integrated into the living room and features a refrigerator, microwave, stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, as well as a dishwasher.
The exclusive bathroom is equipped with a shower/toilet and an unlimited supply of hot water (electric). The adjacent utility room features a washing machine and a large closet that provides ample storage space.
The flooring on the first floor is granite.

The separate children’s room in the attic, accessible via a spiral staircase, features two twin beds. The master bedroom, also located in the attic and open to the first floor, features a double bed.
The attic floor is covered with laminate flooring.

The vacation home features a spacious lawn for sunbathing and a furnished terrace. Guests can also use a paddleboat, a trampoline, and a ping-pong table.

The hosts are familiar with sign language.
