The property includes a plot of land measuring approx. 5,000 m² with a lawn and numerous seating areas, of which 2,000 m² are available for your exclusive use. Enjoy a wonderful, unobstructed view of the surrounding nature reserve. The extensive Plauer See with its countless water sports options can also be reached quickly via a nature conservation path just 2 km long.
